In this part of the course project, you will develop a technology evaluation and adoption plan for your health care organization.

You will create a presentation that captures the key aspects of your analysis and recommendations using the reports you have written throughout the course.

Create a 10- to 12-slide narrated Microsoft PowerPoint presentation that includes the following information:

A technology adoption plan and a brief outline of the following key points from your technology evaluation:
Problem(s) in your health care organization
Your recommended IT solution
Strategic Planning for your solution
Analysis of how your solution fulfills Completeness, Interoperability, Scalability, and Usability
Analysis of the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in your situation before and after your solution
Your approach on innovation, diffusing a new or proposed technology, or infusing a current technology more fully in your organization
Use tables, graphs, and images to portray your ideas and recommendations.

Keep in mind: No more than six words per line, no more than six lines per slide.

Slides are bulleted sentence fragments, not whole sentences. Remember to only use bullet points on the slides. The notes section should be used for your narrative.

Use the narration function in PowerPoint to record your voice for your presentation. Support your responses with examples.
Cite any sources using APA format on the last slide in your presentation. Format it your reference slide as you would a reference page in a Word document.
